Support
Write to support@yourbibleapp.com. One person reads that mailbox.
There is no support form on this website and no chat window — e-mail is the whole of it, which means there is nothing to sign in to and nothing for us to store about you except the message you send.
What to put in the message
The more of this you include, the faster it gets sorted out:
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- The e-mail address on your account, or whether you sign in with Apple or Google, if you have an account.
- Which iPhone you are using, and which version of the app.
- A screenshot, if there was something on the screen worth seeing.
What never to send us
Never send a sign-in code or a sign-in link. Those are the keys to your account and we will never ask you for one. The same goes for card numbers and bank details — we do not take payments, Apple does, so there is never a reason to send them to us. There are no passwords in the app at all.
If anyone claiming to be us asks you for a code, a link or a card number, it is not us. Forward it to support@yourbibleapp.com.
Things with a faster answer elsewhere
- Cancelling the subscription or asking for a refund. Apple handles both. See Terms of Use.
- Deleting your account. You can do it yourself in the app. See Delete your account.
- What we hold about you. The Privacy Policy lists it.
